Why 10 Days?

You may have seen a lot of “weight loss challenges” going on that are typically promoted as 90-day challenges.  Well, while it may TAKE 90 days (give or take) to reach your ultimate weight loss goal, that 90-day time frame can seem very far away, especially when you’re frustrated, tired of trying everything under the sun with no results and you’re on the brink of giving up all hope.

But for most people, 10 days just seems more doable and attainable than 90 days.  And this is why I believe it’s better to break your ultimate goal up into small, mini-goals that are in 10 day increments; setting a reasonable goal for the first 10 days (2-5 pounds) and then doing another 10 days after that…as many times as it takes to reach your ultimate weight loss goal.

Doesn’t that just make sense?

What Can You Expect During the 10-Day Challenge? 

Results vary, but here are just a few of the results achieved by some of my clients and me in ten days:

Vernessie – Lost 5 lbs., noticed clothing fitting looser, gained more energy
Bill – Lost 4.5 lbs. and a total of 13 inches bodily
Cherie – Lost 2 lbs and a total of 6 inches bodily
