“So, what’s the 10-Day Challenge?”
The 10-Day Challenge was not designed to be neither a competition nor a contest but rather, it is designed for you to ‘challenge’ YOURSELF to make positive, long-lasting changes in your weight, health & overall well-being!
It is also designed for you to try my personally-recommended health & weight management system (for 10 days) in order to give you the opportunity to decide if it’s something you want to continue with in order to reach your FULL potential.
Heck… if your ultimate goal isn’t TOO far off, you could end up reaching it within that 10-day period! You never know!
The “worst” that could happen is that you end up feeling a little bit better than before, you lose a little bit of weight and you end up actually LOVING our wellness system and wanting to continue using it indefinitely!
And you WILL NOT be left alone to try and figure it out on your own because I will be accessible to you and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I will be your personal mentor to coach you & to make sure you’re getting the best results possible!
“10 days isn’t very long…What kind of results can I expect in just 10 days?”
Well…results vary, but some of my clients have broken through weight plateaus that they’ve never been able to break through before, while others have experienced more energy and no longer feeling tired during the afternoon hours while at work!
Here are just a few examples of what you could possibly expect:
In just 10 days, Vernessie J. lost 5 lbs., noticed her clothing fitting looser and that she gained more energy!
In just 10 days, Bill K. lost 4.5 lbs. and a total of 7 inches bodily, he felt more focused and noticed his skin was clearer!
In just 10 days, I lost 2 lbs. and a total of 6 inches bodily, I noticed that I felt more energetic & started sleeping better at night!

“Why 10 days?”
You may have seen a lot of “weight loss challenges” being promoted that are 30 or even 90 days in length.
So why am I promoting 10-Day Challenges instead?
Well, while it may TAKE up to 90 days or more to reach your ultimate weight loss goal, having a number such as 30 or 90 in the forefront of your mind can just seem so very far away; especially when you’re already frustrated, tired of trying everything under the sun with no results and you’re on the brink of giving up all hope.
Mentally, for most people, it would seem that 10 days is more doable and attainable than 90 days.
Therefore, with the 10-Day Challenge, your ultimate goal is broken up into small, mini-goals – in 10 day increments – setting a reasonable short-term goal (2-5 lbs or so) for the first 10 days; and then perhaps a NEW goal for another 10 days after that…as many times as it takes to reach your ULTIMATE weight loss goal.
That just makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?
OH, and just so you know…the 10-Day Challenge is NOT just for weight loss only!
That’s right! Even if you are currently your ideal weight and you only desire to get healthier and feel more youthful & energetic, then YOU can also benefit from the 10-Day Challenge too with only a slight modification being made to the plan for you.
Just indicate that you only wish to get healthier and that you don’t necessarily need to lose weight!
