Thank you for looking into how to lose 19 lbs in 30 days!
Below, you will find answers to some commonly asked questions such as:
- Will I REALLY have to give up dairy and coffee?
- Honestly, how does this stuff TASTE?
- Will I end up LIVING in the bathroom?
- Does this really work?
But if you have a question that is NOT addressed here, simply click here and send me a FB inbox message (be sure to mention “19 in 30”) or… you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org – again, mention “19 in 30”.
Will I REALLY have to give up dairy and coffee?
Now, you may or may not know my motto…
“Improve your health one day… one step… one bite at a time.”
And I’m sure you are well aware that a lot of experts have their views and opinions both for and against caffeine and dairy (amongst a host of other things), but as you know, I am ALL about meeting people where they are.
But please keep in mind that for the BEST possible results and if you are REALLY adamant about losing 19 lbs (or more) in 30 days, you should stick to the program as it’s laid out – including the elimination of coffee, dairy and gluten.
If you simply can’t fathom having to give those things up and you don’t mind losing weight more gradually, then you can still include them. You may or may not lose the weight as quickly, but you will still lose weight.
Just monitor your body and your progress and perhaps after the first week or so, consider cutting them either out or back to enhance your results even more.
Personally, I opted to KEEP coffee & dairy in my diet when I did the Pure Trim system. And while I lost a lot of inches, I didn’t lose much in pounds which, to me, isn’t necessarily a bad thing because I know that the scale number isn’t the end-all-be-all.
But I know for some, that number means an awful lot so…
The choice is ultimately YOURS to make, depending on how fast or how slow you want to see results!
Will I end up LIVING in the bathroom?
So, one of the elements of the PureTrim System is… YIKES! A Colon Cleanse!
And when it comes to colon cleanses, people tend to assume one of two things:
- That ANY colon cleanse is the equivalent to taking a laxative (which is FALSE) and…
- That ANY colon cleanse is going to have you basically LIVING in the bathroom
And this is especially a concern if you happen to work outside of the home, right?
Well, I can assure you that you will NOT have to live in the bathroom with Experience, the colon cleanse herbal supplement part of this plan because it is gentle, yet effective.
You’ll have the urge to go, and you’ll notice a softer (some have even said “bigger”) stool – which is how it should be… kinda big, kinda light and kinda fluffy. Think “Three Muskateer’s Nouget” kind of fluffy… yeah, something like that.
Grossed out? Think that was TMI? Yeah well, sorry but bowel health is something people don’t wanna talk about, but NEED to talk about, especially with the rise in colostomies, etc.
In fact, click here and take a look at the stool chart to see what your stool says about your bowel health.
Experience is NOT a laxative. It is a bowel “re-educator” that actually retrains your colon to function as it is supposed to. Laxatives and many other products out there irritate the bowel in order to produce a “movement”… but Experience conditions and heals the colon.
You may start out needing to take 3 capsules per night for a while, but as things start getting better, you’ll look up and notice that 3 is too many and you cut it back to 2… and eventually just 1 until you ultimately find yourself taking it for maintenance every so often.
And THAT is how you know a product is working FOR you as opposed to working against you by making you stay dependent on it and needing more and more, rather than less and less.
So, hopefully I’ve eased your mind a bit more by letting you know that Experience will not give you the “all-day-longs” 😉
Does this really work?
