Shake Recipes
If you are utilizing meal replacement shakes as part of your weight loss or overall health routine, it can get kinda boring having them the same ole way all the time ESPECIALLY if doing two-a-day!
So here are a few recipes to give you a little variety:
Caramel Apple Shake

1 packet of Vanilla Mediterranean Wellness Shake
4-6 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 Granny Smith apple cut and seeded (any will do, but Granny Smiths are the best in my opinion)
10-12 oz. water
3-4 dashes sea salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla (optional, but I like the EXTRA vanilla flavor)
Blend the dates with about half of the water until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired and blend until frosty-creamy.
Orange-Cream Shake

Blend 1 packet of Vanilla Mediterranean Wellness Shake with 6 oz. of orange juice – fresh squeezed or otherwise, 4-6 oz. of water and 1 frozen banana, along with a few cubes of ice until smooth, and frosty-creamy!
Peanut Butter Cup Shake
Blend one serving of Chocolate Mediterranean Wellness Shake with 10-12 oz. of water with 1 TBS. of peanut butter, 1/2 frozen banana and 1/8th tsp. (few dashes) of sea salt. Add a few ice cubes and blend until frosty-creamy.
Apple Pie Shake
Blend one serving of Vanilla Mediterranean Wellness Shake with 10-12 oz. of water, an apple (cut and seeded), a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg and a dash of sea salt and ice. Can also add a TBS of almond butter or 1 banana for extra creaminess if desired. Blend until smooth and frosty-creamy.

4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)

1/2 ripe banana
-
3 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
In a blender, mix water and contents of shake packet. Add remaining ingredients and mix again until smooth.
