Okay, so this is another one of those highly controversial subjects. The big “coffee debate”!
Some say (black) coffee is EXCELLENT to drink, provides tons of health benefits and helps you with weight loss by boosting your metabolism.
And then, of course, there is the flip side where others say that coffee should be avoided at all costs… that it is a harmful stimulant and that it can actually hinder weight loss.
Oh boy, here we go again, right?
Who’s right and who’s wrong? What’s true and what’s false? Yeah, I know.
As with pretty much anything, YOU have to determine if coffee is good or bad for… YOU.
How does it make you feel?
How do you feel when you stop drinking it for an extended period of time?
And even in all that, is it really the coffee itself or is it what you’re adding TO the coffee?
