How many meals do you eat per day?
How many times a day do you have a bowel movement?
If the number of BMs you take is significantly LESS than the number of meals you eat… that could be a problem.
That could be a HUGE part of any health-related issues you have going on such as:
- low energy
- memory problems
- water retention
- chronic halitosis (bad breath)
I’m sure you’re well aware of the fact that…
The colon is designed to eliminate toxins and waste
And without proper elimination, the body can actually poison itself through something called, autointoxication.
Poor diet and fast foods, stress, certain medications, and more can affect how frequently or infrequently elimination happens in your body.
The result is that, rather than getting rid of waste, the colon becomes clogged and ineffective (think of an extremely backed up pipe), meaning…
- nutrients are NOT being absorbed…
- your body is NOT being properly nourished and…
- harmful toxins are very likely poisoning your body
If your colon does not function to its full capacity, then neither will you!
Are You Eliminating Properly?
It has been suggested that you should be eliminating about 2 to 3 times daily, depending on how much you eat.
And oftentimes people will say,
“Oh, I go every day!”
BUT… what does your STOOL say about your health and the health of your digestive system?
The Bristol Stool Chart (pictured to the right) is a medical aid designed to classify the feces form into seven groups.
The form of the stool depends on the time it spends in the colon.
Your stool should resemble Type 3. It should be semi-soft/fluffy, thick, long, light in color and easy to pass, for optimum health.
Types 1 and 2 represent constipation which indicates a sluggish colon and food is backing up in the colon.
Type 4 is somewhat “okay“, but when stools are very smooth and thin, it could be an indication of a constriction in the colon that the stool had to “force” its way through or worse, a spastic colon that oftentimes is a result of stress.
Types 5-7 represent a form of diarrhea.
The Truth About Your Colon & Your Health…
The colon is one of the most important immunological organs in the body which basically means, it directly affects ALL areas of your health & immunity or lack thereof!
Dr. Anthony Badzier, who conducted a 25-year study with 5,000 cases, says,“…intestinal toxins are the most important primary and contributory cause of many health problems of the human body.“
Dr. Bernard Jensen, D.C., PH.D., says if you eat 2 to 3 normal size meals a day, you should have 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. He says in his 50 years as a doctor, “…it has become crystal clear that poor bowel management lies at the root of most people’s health problems.”
On a Personal Note…
I experienced what both Dr. Badzier and Dr. Jensen mentioned in terms of issues in the intestines causing issues in one’s health.
As a teenager and into young adulthood; I suffered with chronic headaches, constant constipation (I was “lucky” if I went once a WEEK, let alone once a day) and severe acne on my face, as well as my back and chest.
It wasn’t until I began doing research on colon health, after a Naturopath suggested doing so, that I realized much of my problem stemmed right from my own gut.
Thankfully, once I found a good colon cleanse product and began using it consistently, ALL of those health issues I had began to go away!
Also, I don’t know if you read my “About” page where I briefly mentioned this, but unfortunately…
My aunt died due to her body self-poisoning itself.
She actually had quite a few things going on: renal (kidney) failure and had to be on dialysis, she was diabetic and as a result of diabetic-related complications she had not one, but BOTH legs amputated.
But in context of this article, she also had to have a colostomy (where a portion of her colon was removed) and had to wear a colostomy bag.
She ended up in the hospital multiple times and each time, she shared with me that she almost died due to complications with her colon and the toxins spilling out into her blood stream.
So, as you can see, colon health (or the lack thereof) is a serious situation that, if not taken seriously, can go from bad to the absolute worst.
So What Can You Do About It?
The first thing you need to do is…
1. Get educated!
You can start by watching the following highly-informative video that is going to get way down to the root cause of what may be ailing you and you’re going to hear this firsthand from a highly-qualified medical doctor, so be sure to listen attentively!
2. Get yourself a GOOD colon cleansing product!
Goodness knows there are a LOT of ’em out there to choose from and it can be daunting trying to do so ESPECIALLY when you’ll hear & read arguments both for and against ‘xyz’ product or ingredient(s).
But the product Dr. Robbins mentioned in the aforementioned video is one that my family and I have used for many years.
It is a gentle, yet effective Mediterranean herbal recipe that is designed to not only cleanse & detoxify the colon and body overall, but it is also designed to RETRAIN THE BOWEL to function properly.
