Oftentimes we think or say,

BUT… what does your STOOL say about your health and the health of your digestive system? 

The Bristol Stool Chart (pictured to the right) is a medical aid designed to classify the feces form into seven groups.  The form of the stool depends on the time it spends in the colon.

Your stool should resemble Type 3. It should be semi-soft/fluffy, thick, long, light in color and easy to pass,  for optimum health.

Types 1 and 2 represent constipation which indicates a sluggish colon and food is backing up in the colon.

Types 5-7 represent a form of  diarrhea.

Type 4 is somewhat “okay”, but when stools are very smooth and thin, it could be an indication of a constriction in the colon that the stool had to “force” its way through or worse, a spastic colon that oftentimes is a result of stress.

You should be eliminating about 2 to 3 times daily, depending on how much you eat.

The Truth About Your Colon

The colon is one of the most important immunological organs in the body which basically means, it directly affects ALL areas of your health & immunity or lack thereof!

Dr. Anthony Badzier, who conducted a 25-year study with 5,000 cases, says,“…intestinal toxins are the most important primary and contributory cause of many health problems of the human body.”
