“Simple Ways To Lose Weight”… How many times have you typed that into the search and how many ways have you come across in your search?
Sadly, many people seeking simple ways to lose weight end up falling into the trend of having nothing for breakfast…that is, besides perhaps a cup of coffee and a muffin or donut, then a “light” lunch such as a sandwich and some soup or a grilled chicken salad, and then for dinner it’s typically a full-course meal complete with meat, a small amount of (over-cooked, nutrient-deficient) vegetables and some kind of high-carbohydrate side dish(es).
Just how many people, when you say “green smoothies”, picture in their minds a glass full of thick, gloppy, green gunk that tastes simply AWFUL!
Well, if you’re new to this not-so-new craze, allow me to ease your mind a bit – just think of the Dr. Seuss story, “Green Eggs and Ham” and how they were frowned upon until that first taste! Try not to be turned off by the word “green” when associated with food or drink!
