Hey, remember me? I’m the “picky girl” who gave a review on the TASTE of Iaso Tea… from a picky girl’s perspective.
At the end of that article, I initially stated that I hadn’t drank the tea long enough to report any results.
Well, quite some time has passed and now, I’m ready to share what I experienced as a result of drinking the tea.
My Iaso Tea Benefits List
Now, let me preface this by saying… this is NOT a company-based benefits list. You can search and find pages and pages of the alleged benefits of drinking Iaso.
These are MY PERSONAL experiences with it, so take it for what it’s worth.
Alright then – Well, I will just come right out and let you know that I did not lose 5 lbs in 5 days.
However, I ALSO didn’t change anything in my diet so, not sure if that was a factor or not.
I’ve drank the tea for weeks at a time and didn’t notice any significant weight loss. And I don’t say that to knock the product at all because, I got some benefits from it, which I’ll share in a bit.
But here’s the thing.
I never really expected to lose weight from drinking Iaso Tea.
Why?
Because, although people were touting that, I knew that it wasn’t a “weight loss” tea, per se; it is a cleansing/detox tea.
I DO know that when you cleanse and detox, you will release water weight and impacted feces (and in the case of some, a LOT of impacted feces) and that, in turn, will cause the scale numbers to go down for some.
Perhaps at that time I didn’t have much in the way of water or (impacted) feces to lose so… I didn’t see the scale numbers move.
Now I WILL say that, although the tea may not have caused me to lose weight…
Here are the Iaso Tea benefits I DID get from drinking it:
- Greatly reduced my PMS symptoms – When it’s “that time” for me, I get some pretty interesting symptoms but I noticed that, while drinking Iaso Tea, those symptoms were not there! In fact, my “visitor” snuck up on me for a few months since drinking the tea! Meaning… I didn’t have the usual symptoms that would let me know, “Uh ohh, it’s on the way”. I didn’t have any symptoms at all!
- Increased, healthy bowel movements – I’m no stranger to colon cleansing and those types of products. But I really do like how gentle the tea is and it produces good BM’s without a lot of cramping (if you’re getting that, drink lots of water throughout the day) or even the feeling of having to run (no pun intended) to the bathroom all day.
So all in all, Iaso Tea is a good product.
And please note that I am NOT making medical claims or saying that YOU will get the same results as I did in terms of PMS symptoms subsiding or even regularity… but I’m merely sharing my personal experiences.
