The Mediterranean Diet, as I’m sure you’re well aware, is chockfull of delicious, healthy foods.

If you are new to this way of eating and desire a common, easy-to-follow Mediterranean diet shopping list of foods to buy and have on hand in your kitchen and pantry, here you go…
