Ahh, the great coffee debate.
Some say (black) coffee is excellent to drink, provides tons of health benefits and helps you with weight loss by boosting your metabolism.
And then, of course, there’s the flip side where others say coffee’s a harmful stimulant that should be avoided at all costs and it actually hinders weight loss.
Ugh. Who’s right, who’s wrong?
Well, as with pretty much anything, you have to determine if coffee is good or bad for YOU.
How does it make you feel when you drink it?
How do you feel when you stop drinking it for an extended period of time?
And even in all that, is it really the coffee itself or is it what you’re adding to the coffee?
